Yes; you can give up the course at any time without any consequences. You can withdraw from the course without providing a reason*.
You can cancel a lesson up to 8:00 PM “the day before” without any consequences; on the day of the lesson, you can cancel a lesson in an emergency with justification or in the event of technical problems; if no specific reason is given for cancellation on the day of the lesson, the lesson will be charged as normal.
There are no consequences for cancelling a lesson.
Yes, it is possible to change a Teacher at any time during the course. There is no need to provide a reason for changing a given Teacher*.
You can pay for lessons by transfer to our bank account or via the Tpay payment gateway. Transfer details can be found in the TRANSFER tab.
Yes, it is possible to pay after lessons are completed (payment cycle to be individually agreed).
The teaching plan is tailored to specific Student’s language needs; there is no imposed teaching plan.
Yes; teaching materials (in electronic form*) are included in the course price.
The class schedule is flexible and tailored to Student’s time needs. The lesson plan is to be individually agreed with a Stude.
